First blog
I just got high and went for a swim. I did 600 meters and tread water for more than ten minutes but I lost track of time. I train Muay Thai four days a week, Tuesday and Thurday nights and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Now that ski season is starting I most like will be only going during the week so I can ski the rest of the time. I try to swim at least once a week but Im trying to push this to 2 and then 3 days a week. Muay Thai is wicked fun and its a great full body workout. I try to go climbing, but the gym is so far away that I rarely go anymore. My school is on strike but I still need to keep up with a lot of work. I'll post again soon.
